This engaging, hands-on, in-person workshop will be led by Kristen Benson, the founder of Sage & Stone Therapies.

With her expertise as a Cosmetic Facial Acupuncturist, Kristen will guide you on how to effectively use your Gua Sha Stone and Facial Cup for optimal results, as well as how to seamlessly integrate these tools into your beauty routine.

 

You will discover techniques to minimise puffiness, define your jawline, enhance your cheekbones, smooth out expression lines, and achieve an even skin tone and texture. Get ready to step out radiating a stunning Glow!

 

Expect plenty of personalised guidance to ensure you leave with a solid mastery of these techniques.

 

Included in this workshop will be a medical grade Glass Facial Cup, facial oil to use on the day, a sample of the Gorgeous Cleopatra skin and beauty tea by Heart Therapeutics and a workbook with step-by-step instructions.  You will have the option to add a Rose Quartz GuaSha Stone when purchasing the course. Please select this option if you do not already have a Facial GuaSha tool. If you do have one please bring this along on the day as you will need it during the workshop.​

For those new to Facial GuaSha and Facial Cupping:

 

Cupping is a therapeutic method rooted in traditional Chinese Medicine. Similar to facial Gua Sha, facial cupping enhances blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, which helps to brighten the complexion, promote scar healing, reduce puffiness, and alleviate facial tension. The key difference is that facial cupping employs suction to lift and create space between facial muscles and fascia, while Gua Sha uses pressure and 'cross fiber rubbing' to relieve tension. Together, these techniques form a perfect yin-yang duo to enhance your skincare regimen.

 

Please note that, unlike body cupping, facial cups are significantly smaller and gentler to minimize the risk of skin markings.
